Going Live

Hi everyone this is my first blog on my new website, yay.

Eventually it feels like its been along time coming. Here I will be hoping to blog about my stickers and graphics and uses for them and some crafty info. I love to be crafty I'm a bit of an altered artist so I have loads of ideas I like to share from making cake toppers, freebies from some of my designs and ideas and how to posts. I believe that we all can be individual and there is so much to gain from making things yourself to make it personal. Wall stickers are a easy and very simple way to add a feature in your home without a big commitment. I don't know about you i stripped some horrid wallpaper from my daughters room yesterday and to strip and repaint the awl took me a good 2 hours. Which is fine but life is crazy busy, I like the wall stickers they add a lovely feature and interest if you don't like them you whip them off and change them or add something else. Especially as now i have my own little person they change and develop so quickly ! I never realised life was on such a fast forward. You think you have something dialled then it all changes they like something else. So wall stickers are a cheap investment in terms of time and money. This is a new venture for me i was an Art and design teacher but the draw of working and designing was starting to overtake the marking and ridiculous worry over all the projects and students. So hey I'm learning as I go. Join me for ideas and freebies. I'm in the process of designing a freebie wall calendar for January, not sure about you but being creative also means I'm super scatty. oh well have a great halloween anyone I would love to hear any of your feedback on my new website xx
